Digital Images Captured

We drove around scenic areas of Hartlepool and captured images using various digital equipment to try and gain a better understanding of Hartlepool and what we will focus this module on.

Here are a few images which I had taken that I believe worked effectively.

With this photograph I experimented with my glass', which plays on the use of different focuses and refraction, I like this effect because it shows the world through my eyes and how they give more clarity towards me.

I found this wheel on the beach buried in sand, so manually placed it standing, which gave it a good shadow and makes the audience wonder about what it is doing on the beach and standing, it also contrasts manmade industries with the natural surroundings of a beach.

Introduction

I started the digital practice by being introduce to what was to be expected of us this unit, using cameras, scanners, and other electronic mediums. We were warned not to confuse this unit with as a photography unit, as cameras are an important use for this brief, and we looked at various artists whom use digital practice but keep it with fine art and remain experimental.
